You accept these terms by using EduInsights

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AI Idea Lab LLC. AI Idea Lab LLC publishes and operates EduInsights.

You accept these terms when you access or use EduInsights. Do not use the service if you do not accept them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

EduInsights provides public data and AI-assisted research

EduInsights provides information about US colleges, programs, careers, and AI use. It also offers research, downloads, sharing, and agent access.

Some features require an account or API key. Usage limits may depend on your access level.

You must be old enough and authorized to use the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use EduInsights.

If you are not legally an adult, a parent or guardian must permit your use.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.

Keep your account and API keys secure

Give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.

Do not share credentials or let another person use your identity. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

We may apply request, storage, token, or concurrency limits. You may not avoid these limits by creating extra accounts or keys.

Use EduInsights lawfully and respectfully

You may not use EduInsights to:

• Break a law or another person’s rights.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, models, or data.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass service protections.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity, source, or relationship with AI Idea Lab LLC.
• Use automated access outside published interfaces or documented permissions.
• Use outputs to make unlawful decisions about a person.
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive.

Published API and MCP interfaces may be used within their documentation, limits, and access controls.

You keep your rights in content you provide

You keep any rights you hold in prompts, feedback, files, and other content you submit.

You give AI Idea Lab LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content.

This license applies only to operating, securing, supporting, and providing EduInsights.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share your content.

AI answers require your judgment

The Analyst Agent uses AI. Its answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Check important claims against the cited sources. You remain responsible for decisions made from the service or its outputs.

EduInsights does not provide legal, medical, financial, admissions, employment, or other professional advice.

Do not use an answer as the only basis for a decision affecting another person.

Do not send protected student records

EduInsights is not designed to receive identifiable education records or other regulated student information.

Do not submit student-level records unless AI Idea Lab LLC has signed a separate written agreement.

Remove names, contact details, student identifiers, and sensitive fields before using the service.

You control sharing and accept its consequences

You may share saved work through public links or restricted invitations. Choose the setting that matches your content.

Anyone with an active public link may view or download the linked content.

Disabling a link does not remove copies already downloaded. You are responsible for recipient addresses and sharing permissions.

Public and third-party data keeps its original terms

EduInsights combines information from public and third-party sources. Those sources may have their own licenses, notices, and restrictions.

Source organizations control their original records. AI Idea Lab LLC does not guarantee their completeness, availability, or continued accuracy.

You must follow any source terms that apply to your use or redistribution.

EduInsights may change, pause, or end features

We may update models, data, interfaces, limits, and features. We may also correct or remove content.

We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Keep copies of work you need.

Accounts may be suspended or closed

You may stop using EduInsights at any time. You may delete your account through account settings.

We may limit, suspend, or close access for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or material breaches.

Account deletion is irreversible. Limited records may remain when needed for security, legal duties, or dispute resolution.

Third-party services have their own terms

EduInsights relies on providers and links to external sources. We do not control their services, content, or availability.

Your connected agents and model providers may apply separate permissions and data practices.

AI Idea Lab LLC owns the EduInsights service

AI Idea Lab LLC owns EduInsights software, design, branding, and original materials. These terms do not transfer that ownership.

You may not copy, modify, sell, or create competing services from protected parts of EduInsights, except where law permits.

If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment. Do not send confidential information as feedback.

The service comes without guarantees

EduInsights is provided “as is” and “as available.” Use it at your own judgment and responsibility.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Idea Lab LLC disclaims implied warranties.

These include merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers. Those disclaimers apply only where permitted.

Liability is limited where the law permits

AI Idea Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes lost data, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption.

AI Idea Lab LLC’s total liability will not exceed $100 or your payments during the prior 12 months.

The greater amount applies. These limits do not cover liability that law cannot limit.

You are responsible for unlawful use

To the extent allowed by law, you will protect AI Idea Lab LLC from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use.

This also covers claims caused by your content, sharing choices, or material breach of these terms.

Applicable law governs these terms

Applicable law governs these terms and related disputes. Courts with lawful authority may hear disputes not resolved informally.

These terms do not limit rights that local law does not allow you to waive.

We may update these terms

We will post revised terms and change the updated date. We will give additional notice when required.

Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
